Few mods:

Thermostatic Mocal 82C sandiwch plate + armed hoses (120mm ir 140mm 45deg - 1/2BSP, 0deg - 3/4-16UNF) + china 25row (329x175x50) cooler, sitting between rad and intercooler.

New Gates 82C thermostat, new G11 coolant instead of new-ish red G12, new HKT 1.1bar rad cap.
Opel insignia water spray nozzles + s13 window washer tank in the trunk, pump connected to rear window spray button + water level warning light in dash. OEM style!

After all this I still have oil heating issues. I had 115C max oil temp last year, but this summer with new bodykit and coolant. I've changed the coolant back to G11, mounted the oil cooler, water spray, but it heats up to 110+C after few minutes of hard driving. WTF? Anyone has some ideas?

so the story is finished, my s13 died totally on the last lithuanian drift championship round. it just rotted inside out and i was unable to weld it because there just was no metal left.

this was the reason i did not attend 200sx.lv megameet at Latvian Bikernieki circuit, sorry guys.

but it's ok, because i have a perfect shell to swap all the stuff into

I red what you wrote about rust and started to watch pictures in hope to troll you that it's not a problem, cut&weld, but when I saw the last few photos...
haven't seen s13 body in such a bad shape. Mr. Green

so what's up?
new shell preparation - sound deadening removal with dry ice, removing all random brackets etc. preparing for FIA safety cage installation
and body seam welds.

what's up, folks
body came back after the rollcage installation, and i can say that everything is perfect. Full spec FIA rollcage and I will be able to keep my stock interior parts like heating and blower motor, stock dash etc.

few things to cut, few things to weld and it will be ready for paint.
